Royal Rumbles and a Beach Break

2021-02-05i.jpg

The Royal Rumble is many wrestling fans’ favorite event and for the first time ever there was no one in attendance for it — did it still live up to its own hype? Scott and Jake are talking all about it from surprise entrants, returns, highs, lows, and what the event does to launch the Road to Wrestlemania. All that plus AEW takes a mid-winter Beach Break for some reason and if that’s not enough they threw a wedding in the mix just for fun!

Winter has come and IT'S STING!

2020-20-03c.jpg

Scott and Jake welcome Shane Hartline to the show because he happens to be the biggest fan of the Ultimate Warrior's former tag partner. It's been an eventful week in wrestling as WWE main roster starts to work it's way towards TLC and away from Survivor Series, NXT sends (some of) us home hyped for this weekend's Takeover War Games, and AEW's Winter is Coming special found us with a new AEW World Champion and an invite to... watch Impact?

And that was it! No other thing happened at all since our last recording involving two of the biggest names in wrestling history who never crossed paths but everyone wanted to.

AEW Full Gear Preview

2020-11-05a.jpg

We're all on the edge of our seats checking twitter every 2 minutes to see if there are any new updates on WHO THE WINNER IS. But unfortunately we'll all be forced to wait till this Saturday's AEW Full Gear to find out because Pennsylvania didn't put Moxley vs Kingston on the ballot. Jake and Scott are previewing the PPV as well as talking all about the best and worst of Dynamite, NXT, Raw, and Smackdown including how Alexa Bliss and the Fiend is working, the Kings of NXT, Murphy and Aalyah locking lips, Survivor Series on the Horizon, the AEW storytelling problem, and much more!

Hell, Havoc, and a Town Hall

2020-10-30c.jpg

Scott and Jake are going to Hell in a Cell and back in this Halloween Havoc SPOOKTACULAR!!!! What's that? It's not a spooktacular? They didn't do anything to celebrate the season or plan anything special for Halloween to bring you joy? Honestly they're the worst. It's like they're not even trying. They DO however chat all about this past weekend's Hell in a Cell PPV, NXT's polarizing Halloween Havoc, and AEW Dynamite's Town Hall and more!

Le Hell in a Cell Preview Debonair!

2020-10-23a.jpg

Scott and Jake both missed their favorite shows this week! The world is upside down! But don't worry - there's plenty to chat about with WWE's Hell in a Cell slowly lowering from the ceiling as we speak! From Raw's go-home show to the WWE Draft Fallout, NXT UK's Heritage Cup, AEW's Championship Eliminator Tournament, Kenny “The Sweeper” Omega, and the song and dance number that has the wrestling world buzzing - Jericho and MJF's Le Dinner Debonair! All that plus your hotline calls and more.

Drafts and Anniversaries!

2020-10-16c.jpg

Unfortunately Scott and Jake both went undrafted. Leaves them plenty of time to talk all about the one year anniversary of AEW Dynamite, the WWE Draft, and the continuing build up to NXT Halloween Havoc and this years Hell in a Cell! All that plus someone gets married, a belt is officially cursed, the most beloved trio in wrestling gets kinda sorta maybe split up, and Jake the Snake really needs someone to see his vest... oh he's like Mr. Burns! Remember? From the Simpsons? The song?
